• Brand Line Extension for Lululemon

    In this project, our team analyzed the brand's merchandising concepts across all categories, with a special focus on the new proposed category. We explored the brand’s positioning, various merchandising techniques, and communication methods. Additionally, we defined the roles and responsibilities of buyers and merchandisers, providing insights to effectively market the new category in line with the brand's strategy.

  • Luxury Advertising for Chanel

    To creatively apply the concepts and theories of fashion promotion to create an integrated marketing communication plan for a new strategic initiative for an existing luxury brand or retailer.

  • Global Expansion for Le Labo

    The purpose of this project was to develop a business plan for a new geographical expansion initiative. The expansion required justification through intensification, extension, or diversification of target consumers, product offerings, or formats. We justified the need for this expansion based on a situational analysis and followed the strategic planning framework outlined in the course. It was essential to demonstrate that the new format remained consistent with the original brand identity and positioning while effectively achieving the chosen diversification goals.

  • Supply Chain Strategy

    In this course, we developed a comprehensive global supply chain strategy for a custom company, focusing on all aspects from material sourcing to product distribution. The project included identifying the target market, developing a product line, costing, manufacturing, and retailing. Our strategy aimed to maximize opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure ethical production while meeting financial margins.

  • Brand Building Equity for Bulgari

    The purpose of this project was to creatively apply the concepts learned in class and to develop a future brand building strategy for an existing brand.

  • Hospitality Brand Extension fro Fendi

    In this project, we examined the current luxury travel and hospitality marketplace, exploring core business models, major players, and best practices. We studied consumer behavior towards experiential luxury across various geographic regions and cultures, gaining insights into diverse preferences and expectations. Our team developed expertise in operational and supply chain management to produce comprehensive luxury experiences. Additionally, we explored and formulated effective marketing strategies to support the successful launch of new luxury travel and hospitality offerings.
